Booking requests

An available appointment time is confirmed when the booking form is successfully submitted.

Estimates and final balances

Booking estimates are based on the selected service time and published hourly rate. The supervisor reviews actual service details after completion and sends the final invoice through QuickBooks. Approved changes in scope may change the final total.

Cancellations and refunds

The business owner must publish the final cancellation and rescheduling rules before accepting public bookings.

Property access and safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe access, disclosing hazards, securing pets where needed, and sharing accurate service instructions. Mc Cleaners may stop or reschedule work when conditions are unsafe.
