Mc Cleaners collects the contact, service-location, appointment, account, and job details needed to provide cleaning services. Payment card and bank information is entered on QuickBooks-hosted pages and is not stored by Mc Cleaners.

Information is used to schedule services, communicate with customers, coordinate employees, create invoices, maintain service history, prevent scheduling conflicts, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

Mc Cleaners uses service providers for identity, hosting, database operations, and accounting. Current providers include Clerk, Cloudflare, and Intuit QuickBooks. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Access and retention

Access is limited by employee role. Records are retained only as needed for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Customers may contact the business to request access or correction where applicable.
